We have started a new section specifically for maintenance so ask all your questions in relation to maintenance of your building here. This forum is for questions in relation to building maintenance, Building management, caretaking, cleaning, electrical, fences, gates, gutters lawns/landscaping, lifts, paint, plumbing, remedial, pools, roof, security waterproofing, windows and anything else that has to do with the maintenance of your building.

Don't be afraid to ask questions about accounts. Not everyone is adept with figures when they join the executive committee of their building. One of stratalive's sponsors Kelly + Partners are extremely adept with figures and senior directors of the firm, Brett Kelly, Rex Hoeben and Peter Dawkins will be happy to answer any questions you might have. You only need ask!

This Forum has been added by popular demand. As stratalive becomes a community, our members are forming relationships with other members and feel comfortable with having a bit of a rant about things that may not strictly be about strata. This is your rant forum. The place to come when you have a burning issue and want to let off some steam. All subjects welcome but please maintain the etiquette of the site including no bad language and no content that may affect another person's sensitivities. In short, no personal attacks.
